Saw this after yum char with frens on the way back and stopped at a traffic light..this uncle hang his packet drink (from the colour, it should be teh ais bungkus) facing outside?!? Maybe he dont want the 'teh ais' to accidentally poured out due to sudden brake? Afraid the packet will leak? Too sayang his car? hahaha..but when the car move, the dust will enter as well no? Too smart? lolx..
